Broken telephone

The City of Miami is in the process of having a new phone system installed.  We are all used to the glitches involved in our technology world; however, it can be frustrating to call a number that has always worked and suddenly does not.  So until our new system is up and running, here are a few ways you can contact us:

  1. To place holds or renew books you can email us at holds@miami.lib.ok.us
  2.  You can click the Contact tab on our website which will allow you to send us an email with your questions
  3. You can message us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/miamipubliclibrary
  4. You are also able to renew your own books on our website.  On the right hand side of the homepage, there is a link under the Search button that says “Login to your account>”.  Clicking on this link will take you to our catalog page.  The upper right corner has a place for your library card number and your phone number (no dashes needed).  Once you’ve entered this information, click the Log In button and then click the My Account button.

We will make every effort to get back with you as quickly as possible.  We are able to call outside the building, although we get no incoming calls at this time.  So if you need to talk with us, you can contact us through one of the ways mentioned above and request that we call you.  We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
