Food and refreshments are allowed, provided cleanup is done, including sweeping, taking out the trash, and wiping down tables as needed.
Use of the library's technical equipment must be arranged in advance and operated appropriately. Any damage to technical equipment is the responsibility of the sponsoring group.
You will be expected to re-arrange the furniture if moved.
Library-sponsored programs and library-related activities are given priority, should scheduling conflicts arise.
*All uses shall be in full compliance with the City’s most current City-Owned Property Rental and Use and Advertisement Agreement Policy and the City’s Tobacco and Marijuana Ordinance 13-205.
