We are heartbroken to hear about the passing of Mrs. Jane Osborn. She was a vital part of our community, significantly contributing to the arts and our town for decades. The Miami Public Library is immensely grateful to Mrs. Osborn as she not only served on the Library Board for over a decade but also played a key role in the construction of our children's section in the 1980s. A genuine civic leader, beloved friend, and treasured family member, she will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing her. https://www.brown-winters.com/obituaries/Zella-Osborn/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=autopost&fbclid=IwY2xjawJ58K9leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBicmlkETE2bUxXb3dPQzJMZmxpY1pXAR5jaunz21_j44ujOVb2hnec3L5PjM6QkwbGpp3nC1WJTGqithlzZKJiMDH0kw_aem_MQt5SdP3d38y3zN8xHdMZA#!/Obituary
