Mark Your Calendars for Financial Literacy Week: February 18-24, 2024.

Miami Public Library is excited to announce Financial Literacy Week in partnership with Arvest Bank, First National Bank & Trust of Miami, State Farm, Rogers Insurance, and Edward Jones. From budgeting to investing, mortgages to loans, identity theft and more, this event aims to educate the community on the importance of financial literacy.

The library will be hosting in-person classes for those who prefer a more personalized approach to learning. The classes will cover a range of topics, ensuring that there is something for everyone. For those who cannot attend in person, the library will also be sharing information on their Facebook page about different financial literacy resources.

Miami Public Library is committed to helping members of the community receive the information needed to make sound financial decisions. More information about Financial Literacy is always available online at https://miamipl.okpls.org/financial-literacy/. The full schedule of events can be found on the Miami Public Library Facebook Page or the event calendar on the library website.

The classes will take place at Miami Public Library, 200 N Main Street, Miami, OK 74354. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Adult Services Librarian Melissa Mathews or Director of Library, Arts, & Culture Callie Cortner at 918-541-2292 or librarystaff@miamiokla.net.
